No pain No gain
Tuesday is our regular weekly workout with our personal trainer Scott. Today Dev told him to go hard on us since we didn’t have a race the previous weekend. Well I didn’t expect to do 16 kg kettlebells. This things are the killer. I can only do 3 sets and it’s not even that all out. It’s a good workout but man if you don’t have a strong back it will kill you!
